Magnetron: Verwijder de sleeve maak wat gaatjes in de folie en ca.5 minuten verhitten op 600 WATT.

Microwave: Remove the sleeve making some holes in the foil and heat for about 5 minutes at 600 Watt

 

Koekenpan: Haal de voeding uit de verpakking en verhit deze ca.10 minuten.

Frying pan: Remove the food from the packaging and heat for about 10 minutes.

 

Oven: Verwijder de sleeve en de folie plaats de tray in een voorverwarmde oven max (120ºC) graden ca. 20 minuten verhitten.
